National Envelope Corporation, the largest privately held manufacturer of envelopes, is looking for an experienced Credit & Collections Analyst to join our team in Frisco, TX.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitors and makes collections/customer calls for timely payment on accounts.
Resolves moderately complex credit problems to include researching customer deductions, enlisting management assistance on highly sensitive accounts.
Prepares reports to management communicating customer performance issues ensuring prompt release of customer orders from credit hold.
Work effectively with Customer Service to resolve outstanding deductions.
Position Qualification Requirements/Knowledge:
Job specifications include experience in a progressive commercial accounts receivable environment. Associate degree preferred with knowledge of intermediate level accounting. Ability to interact with various levels within the organization, extensive experience with retail/commercial customers, specifically in researching and validating claims for shortages, damages, pricing, freight charges, etc., a team player with good communications skills. Candidate must have excellent oral and written communications skills, the ability to handle stressful and difficult situations; excellent PC skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Access; must be able to develop and maintain excel reporting as required.
